Who We Are Looking For

We want independent contractors and small companies that serve homeowners. You might offer one service or several, such as:

• Mold inspection and testing
• Mold remediation and cleanup
• Moisture and water source repair that supports mold work

Homes in this region often have full basements, sump pumps and older frame construction. Providers who understand those setups and the effects of humid summers and spring flooding are especially welcome.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us worried and watching their budget. We ask every provider to treat them fairly.

• Hold the licenses, registrations and insurance required where you work
• Give clear written scopes and prices
• Explain findings in plain words
• Answer calls and follow up politely
• Be honest about what a homeowner can safely handle and what needs a pro
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign on the spot

We do not set your prices or run your jobs. Your work, your contracts and your results stay with you.

How the Process Works

Homeowners call or request an estimate through the site. We pass the request to a provider who serves that area and job type. You then speak with the homeowner directly and decide whether to take the job.

Availability and hours are up to you. We do not promise any number of leads or any level of income.
